"Big Props" — December 13, 2024

Features

We released an Alpha version of Prop Hunt! If you have a palm, you'll have access to create this new game on your islands. All players who see Prop Hunt available on an island will be able to play it. It's in an early state, so we welcome feedback for where we can improve.
We added a new weapon type: Grenades! If you want to add grenades to a game mode, place down any of our five new grenade options: poison, stun, slow, boom or heal. Toss them at your allies or enemies with the G key!
There are several hidden features here which will go live with P2E:
- Bloom boosts: activate a bloom multiplier to attract players to your island!
- Staking ISLAND unlocks: some of the island upgrade tiers will be locked behind staking

Fixed bug with switching applications to prevent push-to-talk when an input field is focused
Fixed a UI bug that occurs when weapons are disabled
Fixed ammo slot count resetting on death
