* Update the frontend transaction processing for timeouts to check the backend before registering a failed transaction

## Bug Fixes

* Fixed a bug where you were unable to edit cover photo when editing an NFT
* Re-added left and right padding and centered the bloom reward container and added fixed height to card details to address UI bugs
* Fixed a bug that happened when dialog was closed and re-opened which caused loading problems
* Island Details section no longer overflows container when resizing
* Updated island details page to no longer have reversed dates appear in the activity graph, and added missing zero days
