Re-vamped the Marketplace page on the website with a brand new design and carousel categories

Updated the Marketplace filters to support the new Marketplace display changes
Added an option to make forge created asset open source
Updated create account form designs to include Terms of Service and Privacy Policies
Changed default price details to list up to 4 decimal places and added specific situations where it only shows 1 decimal place
Improved the forge page to accept files by dragging and dropping anywhere

Fixed a bug where assets in the marketplace weren’t showing the secondary market price after a drop ended
Fixed a bug where editing an asset will redirect you to the asset page instead of the edit details page
Fixed a wallet login bug so that when your wallet is unlocked we re-attempt login without needing a page refresh
