Island chat is now divided into global (all shards) and local (just the shard you are on)
System settings are now accessible from playground games
Games show their name, rules, and description when they start
Time Trials and Break the Targets now grants blooms, up to a daily limit of 1000

Bug Fixes
Players should no longer see low FPS when opening the chat menu
Fixed the VIPE Heroes Home from not showing in the build menu
Fixed emote animations from skipping frames when modified to have a faster play speed
Quest details link now takes you to the unique quest page
Fixed the game settings menu receiving an infinite amount of warning modals which can stop players from editing their game
Fixed a white square from appearing above the equipped ability icon after dying
Fixed player names from appearing red after leaving a Deathmatch
Fixed B33's sleeping VFX from players in a playground game appearing for players in roam mode
